Blueberry Strudel
Blueberry Strudel which is called “Blaubeerstrudel” or “Heidelbeerstrudel” in Germany and sometimes in Austria also known as “Schwarzbeerstrudel” is one of the founder’s favorites. It tastes best with fresh blueberries which are available in July (which is also national blueberry month) and in August. Cover with powdered sugar and serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS: blueberries, wheat flour, walnut, bread crumbs, butter, egg, water, vinegar, cream
